Small Group Opportunity

Hello everyone, I trust you are all doing well. I just wanted to let you know that we've scheduled a young adult small group to meet on Sunday evenings from 6 to 7:30pm. We're going to go through the book So What's The Difference by Fritz Ridenour (and with a name like Fritz, it's got to be good:) The book compares not only different religions, but also splinter cells within Christianity and cults (Mormons, etc.). I think you will really enjoy it. Everyone bring a snack and a drink of some sort and we'll meet in the Faith Center Dining Room. Let me know if you have any questions.

RSS Feeders

Hey all, I hope you're having a great day. In an attempt to better communicate with you we have gone to blogging. That means there's always the most current information available and you can be notified anytime there's a new blog. The easiest way to make use of the Axis blog is to sign up to received notices when a new blog is posted. The easiest way to do that is to use an RSS feeder.

The most popular RSS feeders for PC's are Bloglines at www.beta.bloglines.com and Feedburner at www.feedburner.com. If you're blessed enough to be using a Mac (smile) then Net News Wire is probably the best (www.newsgator.com). Those programs will let you know when there's a new post. However, we will send out an email to let you know there's a new post unless you let us know that you're using an RSS feeder and don't need notification any more. I hope this helps. MEMORIAL DAY POOL PARTY

Come join us for a pool party at Herb's house on Mon., May 26th beginning at 1pm. The pool heater will be turned on so the water temp. will be just right. We will barbacue with burgers and brats. There's also a rumor of sish-ca-bobs and corn-on-the-cob being on the grill also. We will be there all day, so join us at any time!

Join us at West County of Assembly for an evening with the missionaries from our Missions Convention. The men will meet in the Sr Youth Room and women in the Faith Center. Both will begin at 7pm.
